- the rental price includes the stay for maximum 8 adults, children over 12 are considered as adults
- the rental includes the following:
- usage of entire house, exterior and accompanying equipment
- all additional costs of electricity, water, wifi and similar
- final cleaning
- VAT
- usage of Jacuzzi for weekly rent from May to September
Usage of Jacuzzi for shorter rental or during other months of the year according to separate agreement
- reservation is made by payment of 3o% of total rental amount
- payment of total amount before the day of arrival
- payment is made to the account number which will be specified in our offer
- In case of cancellation, the amount of reservation will be charged. In case of cancellation 30 days before the arrival, it is possible to make a reservation for another period.
